Gift certificate

Terms & Conditions

All gift certificates valid for 6 months and each gift certificate valid only for what said on the description, each gift certificate is valid for 1 single visit and for the time said on the gift certificate which can not be divided in 2 or more sessions. 

 

All appointments taken online only required credit card information (an appointment with gift certificate included) through

**(Please note that credit card information is for the reservation only and it will not be charged unless no show or less than 24 hrs. cancellation. Payment for the session will be completed in person with a physical card.)**

Sage Thai Massage will charge full price for any scheduled appointment if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation, a notice of rescheduling or in case of client "no-show" or late arrival.  In case of late arrival, the full price will be charged and the session will be given with whatever time left from the original appointment time.

Exceptions must be pre-authorized.  After the reschedule occurred the appointment will no longer be eligible for another reschedule. 

If your session has been pre-paid with a gift certificate, the full value of said gift certificate will be forfeit in the event of a no-show, late cancellation, late notice of rescheduling as outlined above. The gift Certificate is not refundable but transferable.

The PayPal transaction confirmation email (with all detail of the purchaser's name and transaction number as a Gift certificate must be print out and bring to the session, If you would like to receive a printable Gift certificate through email; please leave the note in the PayPal transaction or email sagethaimassage@yahoo.com.

The gift certificate will be emailed to you after the transaction have been cleared. An actual Gift certificate is also available to be picked up only at the clinic by appointment.

 

Without PayPal transaction printout or pdf printable gift certificate to present at the time of the session, service will not be provided with no exception and the gift certificate will be forfeit due to 24 hrs. cancellation policy.
